Each room has air conditioning. For normal use, 4kWh per day per unit is included in the price. This corresponds to approximately 8 hours of operation per day. If usage exceeds this, we charge an additional €0.80 per kWh.
Parking is gated and free 24 hours a day and included in the price.

Final cleaning costs € 150, or € 350 in cases of heavy soiling.
We require a deposit of € 500.- which will be refunded if there is no damage or heavy soiling; otherwise, only €150 will be deducted.
